Kaylee Boyle is the founder of Gusto México, a company that focuses on lighting up the senses through different cultural activities in captivating pueblos in Mexico. Her adventures in Mexico began only at a few weeks old when her father opened a restaurant in Cabo San Lucas. Living down there, she would play in the warm sand and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf and the melodies of mariachi bands.
Since that time, through work, volunteering and play, Kaylee has chased every opportunity to learn about people and places around the world. Her travel experiences expand into all 50 U.S. states, over 60 countries and all seven continents. Playing to an adventurous spirit, she’s gone swimming with the great white sharks, backpacked solo through South America, and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro among other things. She’s also volunteered for projects in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic.
On the professional side, Kaylee earned a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from California Polytechnic College (Cal Poly) and worked for prominent California luxury resorts providing 5-star services for clients. She also lived in Latin America for several years where she worked for travel adventure companies in Argentina, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Mexico.
Kaylee is fluent in the English and Spanish languages, has her Level I Sommelier License, and is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor and surf coach. Movement has become a huge part of her personal happiness and spiritual wellbeing. She also enjoys good conversation and laughter over a mezcal or cold beer at the end of the day.
Kaylee’s come full circle from her childhood in Mexico to operating a business that introduces others to the pleasures of the country. She’s utilized her personal and professional experiences to create unique getaway packages to some of Mexico’s most charming spots. Mexico is a country with abundant natural beauty and rich cultural offerings. It’s a wonderland for the senses and Kaylee’s purpose, passion and pleasure is to share it in special ways with others like you.
